The plantation is located on the sun drenched hills of Central Portugal which is ideal for the Citron Caviar (Micro Citrus Australasica) trees .

We proudly announce our first harvest of finger lime for 2021 of superb quality of between 5 to 10 kilos per month.

The taste of the Citron Caviar has no equal in the citrus family as the caviar pellets explode in your mouth for a lasting taste buds feast .

Citron Caviar can and will enhance several dishes and cocktails to maximize your food and beverages.
